Life in cyberdunk

While we’ll get to covering them with our Fantasy Team Previews, Empty the Bench has a fantasy preview of this year’s draft class.

And in completely unrelated, but maybe interesting to someone news: There a sort-of MMORPG basketball game called Cyberdunk. It’s kind of like those old school drug baron games you’d play online, except with a basketball player instead of drugs. I’ve created a player, but so far haven’t played in any games. I see a whole bunch of Joe Npc Smith type characters meaning that the game needs more real players. If you’re into that sort of thing, come on over and see if you can get in the UK league with me (yeah, I tried for the US, but it could be worse).

My first blog so im gonna start with telling folks about a MMORPG cyberdunk!
I was put onto this game acouple of days ago and its awesome.
The basics of it are you create a virtual basketballer and randomly assign him stats, then pick your preffered league from almost any nation worldwide then let him loose in basketball cyberspace.
When your assigned to a team you can then view that teams lineup with your player in it. Here is a rundown of how i got involved in cyberdunk basketball.

Now I'm going to give a little piece of advice to all Cyberdunk players. Go and see the official Cyberdunk forum Talkdep. There you can talk with other Cyberdunk players, advertise your own man and even send some suggestions how this game could be developed.

You can find a team to your player or you can find players to your team. It is also possible to open an own chat just for your team so you can talk about the strategy for next game with other players in your team.

There are lots of things to read and good hints for beginners. Just go and see for yourself!
